These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Jadraflow ("the App", "the Service"), operated by Jasz Construction LLC. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.
Jadraflow is a web-based tool that lets you create customers, estimates, and invoices, generate PDF documents, and send them by email. Jadraflow is a tool for your business — we are not a party to any agreement between you and your own customers.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account.
Free usage before choosing a plan: When you create an account, you can create your first estimate and your first invoice at no cost and without providing a credit card, with no time limit on using what you already created. To create additional estimates or invoices, you need to choose a plan as described below.
Plans and billing: Jadraflow offers a Starter plan (limited monthly usage) and a Pro plan (unlimited), billed monthly or annually. When you choose a plan, your payment method is charged immediately for the first billing period. There is no free trial period after you choose a plan.
If a payment fails: if we are unable to charge your card on a renewal date, your access may be limited until you update your payment method. Your existing data is not deleted while your account is in this state.
Refunds: Once a billing period has been charged, that fee is non-refundable, except where required by law. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial use of a billing period.
Upgrading your plan: Takes effect immediately. The price difference is charged on a prorated basis for the remainder of your current billing period.
Downgrading your plan: Takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep your current plan's features until then, with no partial refund for the switch.
You agree not to use Jadraflow to send unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive content, or to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
You own the data you enter into Jadraflow (your customers, estimates, and invoices). You are responsible for the accuracy of that information and for having the right to store your customers' contact details. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle data.
You may permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from Company Profile → Delete My Account. This action cannot be undone.
We aim to keep Jadraflow available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, modify, or temporarily suspend features to improve the Service.
Jadraflow is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jasz Construction LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including disputes between you and your own customers.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be noted inside the App.
