Privacy Policy

This policy applies to Jadraflow ("the App"), a business software tool operated by Jasz Construction LLC that lets business owners create customers, estimates, and invoices.

1. Who we are

Jadraflow is operated by Jasz Construction LLC. Contact: support@jadraflow.com.

2. What data we collect

From the business owner using the App:

• Company name, email, phone, address, website, EIN/license, insurance number
• Login credentials (managed securely by our authentication provider; we never see your password in plain text)
• Company logo you upload
• Billing information (processed by Stripe; we never store your card number)
• If you activate the optional Blog add-on: your WordPress site URL, username, and WordPress Application Password, used solely to publish blog posts to your own site on your behalf

From the business owner's own customers (third parties who do not use the App directly):

• Name, phone, email, and address, entered by the business owner to generate estimates and invoices

From visitors to our marketing website:

• Basic analytics (pages visited, general location, device type) via Google Analytics, to understand site traffic. This does not include App account data.

3. How data is used

To generate and send estimates/invoices as PDF documents, to email those documents to your customers, to process your subscription payment, to provide optional AI features (translating your estimate/invoice text, and generating a company logo or slogan when you request one), and, if you activate it, to automatically publish blog posts to your own WordPress site. We do not sell or share this data with third parties for advertising.

4. Third-party service providers

• Supabase — database and authentication
• Resend — email delivery for documents you send to your customers
• Stripe — subscription billing and payment processing
• OpenAI — powers optional AI features: translating your estimate/invoice text, and generating a company logo or slogan when you request one. Your company name and the text you choose to translate may be sent to OpenAI to provide these features.
• Google Analytics — basic traffic analytics for our marketing website only, not for data inside the App

5. Data retention

Your data is kept while your account is active. You can permanently delete your company profile, customers, estimates, and invoices at any time from Company Profile → Delete My Account inside the App.

6. Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time, either from within the App or by writing to support@jadraflow.com.

7. Security

Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and protected with row-level access controls, so each business can only see its own data.

8. Children

The App is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect data from minors.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be noted inside the App.
